Steyr, Austria, March 12, 2025 \u2013\u00a0<\/b>Due to the positive operating result, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board will jointly propose to the Annual General Meeting a dividend of EUR 0.55 per dividend-entitled share for the 2024 financial year.<\/p>\n

The details of the resolution proposal will be published separately and in a timely manner before the Annual General Meeting of Steyr Motors AG, which will take place on May 7, 2025.<\/p>\n

The annual financial statements of Steyr Motors AG for the 2024 financial year will be published on March 18, 2025, at\u00a0www.steyr-motors.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n
